Rhett DeStefano
Owner/Trainer
Rhett DeStefano has spent a lifetime with horses. She started showing and riding in the 1970's in Charleston, SC where she competed on the hunter/jumper circuit until graduating from college in the 80's. After a brief stint in NYC, she realized a life without horses wasnt for her and moved back to SC after an 8 year hiatus. During her time in NYC, she traveled abroad to Ireland and Portugal to ride and even rode the Pony Express Trail in WY while working as a wrangler on a Dude Ranch out West.
In the 1990's, she built and developed her family's farm, Twin Oaks. Over the next few years, she dabbled in the horse business (buying, selling and boarding) while attending nursing school and began foxhunting (including becoming a Master). In 2012, she purchased her second warmblood foal, Rolex R, and her life was forever changed with the success of this filly. In 2023, we relocated our farm and business to Aiken, SC in an effort to be closer to shows and more opportunities for growth in the equine industry.

2023 - Devon Horse Show, Best Young Pony Overall Grand Champion and Champion Colt, Twin Oaks Tito. This is our first homebred pony out of Orchard Hills Royal Star.
2023 - USEF National 6th Place 2 year olds, Sorrento EM.
